I am your coach, Liz.

I began taking running and fitness seriously after college, mainly using it as a form of therapy. Since, I have gone on to run over 50 races. I've learned that in training, there will be good miles and bad miles, good days and bad days -- but through the challenges you encounter along the way, keeping the right mindset can help you train joyfully and find the positives amidst it all.

I enjoy working with athletes of all experience levels, from someone who is just starting out, to a veteran getting ready for a 100 mile ultra. There is no substitute for hard work and consistency, which is where I guide my athletes. I push them towards their goals and offer support and education. I always challenge my athletes to step outside of their comfort zones and celebrate what their bodies can do.
